Game company HAEGIN (CEO Young-il Lee) has announced their major update for the mobile home run battle game "Homerun Clash 2: Legends Derby," (hereinafter Homerun Clash 2) which features a brand-new stadium among many things.
The all-new "Megastone Island" takes inspiration from the Moai statues of Easter Island, which are placed throughout the stadium. By destroying the statues as well as other objects of the stadium with a home run, players have a chance to earn extra points.
But that's not all. The update also includes additional content for players to enjoy, such as a new batter, equipment, and skill.
First, the newly added batter "Rikitaro" is a robust Power Contact sumo wrestler-turned-home run hitter from Japan with the Unique Ability "Yokozuna," which amplifies the points earned when hitting Mega Home Runs and Critical Mega Home Runs.
Meanwhile, the newly added skill "Blessed Combo" allows for more points depending on the combos, and a total of 20 pieces of equipment (five bats, goggles, headgear, and accessories each) have been added as well.
Furthermore, the "World Challenge Derby" has also been renewed as of this update, now allowing players to play as non-World Star batters.
