All Units in Anime Vanguards Tier List

Tier SS Units

The strongest units that you can see in the whole Anime Vanguards tier list are here. They are very powerful with their skills and can be evolved to get more damage powers and skills as well as with better effects. And yes, these are the most unbreakable and undefeatable units you can include in a team.

Divalo (Requiem)

Role Support/DPS
Element Cosmic
Rarity Secret

Divalo (Requiem)

Divalo (Requiem) is the unbreakable king of the Anime Vanguards kingdom with better crowd control and a 100% dodge chance and Time Erasure. This increases his damage by 50% and doubles counterattack damage. He has an amazing ability to slow enemies and deal four-figure base damage, making him one of the top damage dealers. He becomes very useful, especially when paired with Gujo (Infinity), having the power to deal with high-end content like Infinite Mode and Raids. And yes, this will become the first unit to be featured with the vanguard rarity in Anime Vanguards.

Gujo (Infinity)

Role DPS/Support
Element Cosmic
Rarity Secret

Gujo (Infinity)

Gujo (Infinity) is one of the highest damage dealers with a freeze passive and a SPA reduction. So, Gujo is ideal for both crowd control and boss-killing. His Cursed Inventory ability switches between Chain Blitz (+10% DMG) and Domain Breaker (+25% RNG and Boss DMG, so there is an amazing flexibility across all game modes. So, Guo fits perfectly for almost any content. His synergy with Divalo (Requiem) is increasing the stalling and damage output, so this unit is a must-have for competitive play.

Igros (Elite Knight)

Role DPS
Element Dark
Rarity Secret

Igros (Elite Knight) is your DPS powerhouse with an amazing 40% bonus damage launched to bosses and excelling in synergy with summoners like Song Jinwu. His high base stats and evolved form make him nearly unmatched in raw damage output. So, this unit is perfect for Story Mode, Challenges, and Paragon runs.

Igros (Elite Knight)

Alocard (Vampire King)

Role DPS/Support
Element Dark
Rarity Secret

If you are looking for a versatile unit that brings better AoE damage as well as bleed effects, you have Alocard (Vampire King) for it. He fits almost perfectly in nearly every team setup. His high damage and summon-buffing synergy shine the best in Infinite Mode and Raids. Despite a low summon drop rate, his overwhelming power justifies the grind, especially for bleed-focused strategies.

Alocard (Vampire King)

If you are specifically aiming for Alocard without the concern of his low drop rates, just make sure that you reroll multiple times. That will be the only way to collect him from your summoning banners. But this takes so much time, and moving into a better option like LDPlayer can be a real help there specially when it comes to top ranked units in the Anime Vanguards tier list. The Multi-Instance Sync feature in this top Android emulator can help you create clones for the game while playing Anime Vanguard on PC. This means that you have an increased chance of pulling off a unit like Alocard in a short time period.

Legendary Super Brolzi

Role DPS
Element Fire
Rarity Legendary

Unlike most SS-tier units, Legendary Super Brolzi doesn’t require evolution, and that is why it becomes insanely powerful in this list. His high base damage and AoE attacks make him a meta unit for clearing waves in Story and Infinite Modes. Legendary Super Brolzi is a very cost-efficient hero and comes with an immediate impact appeal to both new and veteran players.

Legendary Super Brolzi

Hakura Rin (Dancer)

Role Support
Element Light
Rarity Exclusive

Hakura Rin (Dancer) is the best support unit you can go for as she is increasing the ally damage by 18% and range by 10% after Wave 6. You can collect this unit after the level 30 battle pass, and her accessibility and unmatched buffs make her a very demanding unit among the players. She’s very important for enhancing DPS units like Igros or Gujo to make them more successful in late-game content like Legend Stages and Worldlines.

Tier S Units

The meta power will be gone to this rank from our Anime Vanguards tier list. These are not the most overpowered units, but when you lack overpowered units from the SS rank, these are the greatest additions with similar kinds of strength. They have enough power to beat enemies in a blink.

Song Jinwu (Monarch)

Role DPS/Support
Element Unknown
Rarity Mythic

Song Jinwu (Monarch) is a top summoner with unmatched DPS and synergy with Igros (Elite Knight). His Arise ability summons shadow armies scaling with enemy HP, gaining +0.1% DMG per takedown. If you pair him with Gazelle (Zombie) for summon HP buffs, he surely dominates Infinite Mode and Raids, and it is making him a top pick for leaderboard players.

Song Jinwu (Monarch)

Cha-In (Blade Dancer)

Role DPS
Element Light
Rarity Mythic

Cha-In (Blade Dancer) from this Anime Vanguards tier list is a versatile DPS queen you can go for who excels with dodge-and-counter mechanics, critical hit boosts, and massive cone AoE attacks. Her shield-breaking ability and DPS trait bonus make her ideal for Story Mode and Challenges. And yes, it is a must to mention her well-rounded kit, which makes her an ideal and top performer across all content.

Cha-In (Blade Dancer)

Chaso (Blood Curse)

Role DPS
Element Dark
Rarity Mythic

Chaso (Blood Curse)

Jag-o (Volcanic)

Role DPS
Element Fire
Rarity Mythic

Jag-o (Volcanic) is a fiery DPS beast with an evolved form. His high-damage AoE and burn effects make him a go-to for clearing waves in Story and Paragon modes. His recent addition in Update 5 and strong performance fuel his strength for more levels.

Jag-o (Volcanic)

Zion (Burdelyon)

Role DPS
Element Fire
Rarity Mythic

Zion (Burdelyon) is a meta-burn specialist who is excelling in Infinite Mode with four placements and a passive that amplifies DMG based on burning enemies. His shield-breaking burn attacks and cost-efficient evolved form make him highly sought-after for late-game content like Raids.

Tier A Units

Tier A units in the Anime Vanguards tier list are well placed here for a better rank. Considering the fact that both SS and S units required a lot of effort to revolve, these are kinda easier to go with for an Anime Vanguard beginner, and they are easy to build for the best power, too. So, these units can also be recommended for creating a team.

  • Igros (Elite Knight): Igros is a must-have DPS powerhouse, delivering 40% bonus damage to bosses and unmatched raw damage output. His synergy with summoners like Song Jinwu ensures dominance in Stories, Challenges, and Raids, making him critical for clearing high-level content efficiently.
  • Haruka Rin (Dancer): Haruka Rin’s 18% damage and 10% range buffs amplify your entire team’s performance, making her very useful for late-game success. Her battle pass accessibility and synergy with DPS units like Igros elevate any strategy in Raids and Worldlines.
  • Cha-In (Blade Dancer): Cha-In’s dodge-and-counter mechanics and massive AoE critical hits make her a versatile DPS star. Her shield-breaking ability and high DPS boost ensure she’s vital for tackling tough enemies in Story and Infinite Mode.

Cha-In (Blade Dancer)

Tier B Units

Tier B units in the Anime Vanguards tier list will be good units. They have both the best and worst traits, and most importantly, they are the ones who have the biggest population. But these are average and only the early part of your gameplay can be handled with them.

  • Haruka Rin (Dancer): Haruka Rin’s 18% damage and 10% range buffs (post-Wave 6) supercharge your team, making her essential for clearing tough content. Her battlepass accessibility and synergy with DPS units ensure success in Raids and Worldlines.
  • Chaso (Blood Curse): Chaso’s evolved full AoE attacks and bleed synergy delivers massive wave-clearing DPS. With four placements, he’s a must-have for Infinite Mode and Raids, shredding enemies and boosting team performance in high-level challenges.
  • Julias (Eisplosion): Julias provides meta-defining support with multihit AoE freeze attacks, slowing enemies effectively. His high stats and crowd control make him vital for Story Mode and Challenges, enhancing team survivability against overwhelming waves.

Julias (Eisplosion)

Tier C Units

Tier C units in the Anime Vanguards tier list are not the best option to go with. They don’t complement well within a team and show no success in your gameplay challenges because of their lack of skills.

  • Song Jinwu (Monarch): Song Jinwu’s shadow summons scale with enemy HP, boosting DPS with a 40% damage increase per takedown. Paired with Igros, he’s a must-have for Infinite Mode and Raids, dominating waves with unparalleled synergy and power.
  • Tengon (Flashiness): Tengon’s full AoE attacks and 60% dodge chance via God of Flashiness make him a top DPS for early and mid-game. His synergy with Archer boosts Blast damage, ensuring wave-clearing efficiency in Story and Challenges.

Tengon (Flashiness)

  • Pickleo (Epic): Pickleo’s multihit attacks shred shields with high DPS and excellent range, making him a budget-friendly DPS star. Ideal for early-game Story Mode, his versatility and accessibility ensure he’s a staple for progressing efficiently.

Tier D Units

These are the units to be ignored from the Anime Vanguards tier list. They are not good at anything, and it will be really hard to have an advantage when they are being put into the gameplay.

  • Sosuke (Storm): Sosuke (Storm)’s stun attacks and +50% damage to stunned enemies make him a vital support-DPS hybrid. His evolved form excels in Story and Challenges, controlling crowds and boosting team damage for tough waves.
  • Noruto (Six Tails): Noruto (Six Tails) delivers high AoE damage with Sage Training and Blistering Rage passives, shining in Story Mode after upgrades. His evolved power and range make him a reliable DPS for early and mid-game content.
  • Genitsu: Genitsu’s multi-hit attacks and solid attack rate make him a dependable early-game DPS. His accessibility and shield-breaking potential are crucial for progressing through Story Mode and easier Challenges, supporting budget team setups effectively.
