Diablo Immortal is an exciting MMORPG game based on the popular franchise. As such, you can expect nothing but quality from the developers. Therefore, they have been taking their merry time with the eventual advent of their new class, the Necromancer. Here's a guide that lets you know about Necromancer's Legendary Items and Skills. If you haven't already, you can download Diablo Immortal for free on LDPlayer.
The Necromancer is not officially released to the game as of July. Plus, the developers have still not provided anyone with an official timeline for when it is expected to come out. However, this leaked list provides us with an insight into what skills and legendary items we can expect from the class.
The list should help you prepare for the class as soon as it comes out. Plus, we can identify which items and skills are worth getting and which ones you are better off without in most cases.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Body Detonate range increases by a low percentage
Explanation: Your skill, Body Detonate, is one of the most used spells in your entire kit. Having a percentage increase of about 1-10% is quite helpful as it can help you get that final tick off opponents who generally will not be dying from your spell. The item is wonderful.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Bone Wall is now a wall formed of Skeletal Guardians. When they come close, the Skeletal Guardians will attack.
Explanation: Skeletal Guardians are NPC mobs you often find in the game. By activating this skill, you gain the ability to form skeletal guardians that act as a sort of barrier or wall. This is especially useful when you are under attack by heavy enemy units and need a place to run off. In most cases, this ability is used in defensive spots as an area denial attack.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Bone Armor turns into three fireballs around you, causing damage to enemies when they touch them, but cannot be cast on your allies.
Explanation: While bone armor is an integral skill for allies, the fact that you will be solo leveling as a Necromancer turns this into an interesting Legendary Item, especially because it provides you with fireballs that increases your DPS. While this item ultimately remains debatable if you need it. But, in most cases, you are better off with the fireballs guarding you.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Ghost Shape instills Fear in enemies it hits while dealing damage.
Explanation: Not the best legendary item out there, does not do much except instilling Fear which is not that powerful of a debuff. While the damage is quite nice, you can find better legendary items that have a greater impact on your overall DPS.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Duration of Bone Wall increases by 2%
Explanation: Although you won't be getting Skeletal Warriors helping you out during Bone Wall, unlike the previously mentioned legendary item, you still get a lot of utility out of the spell as a percentage increase means that the Legendary will always be relevant no matter what.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Skeleton Champion now automatically summons {4} Skeletal Archers at one time.
Explanation: Not the strongest kit in your arsenal and neither the strongest spell. However, having 4 Skeletal Archers handy at all times does have its perks in terms of tanking and having a few bodies to throw at the enemy if you are being cornered. This is especially useful when you are up against a pile of mobs and want to escape as quickly as possible.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Bone Spike instantly pricks spikes out onto an area, causing enemies to bleed without Stunning them.
Explanation: The stun effect of Bone Spike has its own merits, but most would agree that having the ability to cause a heavy bleed damage effect that ticks over time are much more useful, especially in PvE situations. Since the bleed is applied evenly no matter the number of enemies, it turns into a great AoE attack and is pivotal if you want to take down multiple groups of enemies at a quicker rate. The legendary item also helps in your overall DPS and burst rate as you get an extra addendum of damage previously a stun.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Duration of Command Golem increases by a medium percentage
Explanation: Your Command Golem is an important part of your kit. However, a medium percentage increase in its overall usefulness is not that strong. When you get to later levels and are close to end-game, this might change as the overall time will be significantly greater at that moment. If you haven't already, look at our Diablo Immortal Advanced Tips and Tricks Guide for more information about the update.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Bone Spike range increases by a low range
Explanation: Bone Spike already has a reasonable spell range. The ability to take it to the next level by adding even further range can help you excel in hitting mobs that are further away.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Bone Shield protects you from all knocking-back attacks.
Explanation: Many mobs in the game give you some sort of knockback, which can be quite annoying to deal with. While this may not seem very powerful, pushback can be extremely triggering as you get to higher levels. In those cases, having this item is quite useful.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Skeletal Champion's damage increases by a percentage
Explanation: Having a percentage increase in your damage is always really strong. While this does not directly apply to your spell power or attack damage, your Skeletal Champion is still quite powerful. It can therefore output a lot of damage just by getting this legendary item.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Skeleton Spirit damage increases by 2%
Explanation: While this may not seem very substantial, a 2% damage in your Skeleton Spirit can mean the world when it comes to overall DPS. As a rule of thumb, any legendary item that deals with DPS damage usually is extremely powerful in the late game while it may not show its prowess in earlier levels.
Level: 36-45
Effect: 2% damage you receive is taken by your Skeleton Champion.
Explanation: An absolute must-have! The ability for your Skeletal Champion to soak even a small fraction of your damage is to never take lightly as you will end up dying very quick when burst down as you are quite fragile as the Necromancer.
Level: 36-45
Effect: Corpse Spear now collects all spears in hand and shoots them all in one direction.
Explanation: Quite a cool-looking addition to a Legendary Item. The spell allows you to become an absolute menace as everything you collect will be shot back at an astronomical rate.
It would be quite unfair to recommend items before a character has been released. However, we do have a general idea of what particular items and spells you should be most interested in leveling up and should focus on to have the best results possible.
Firstly, you should always focus on Armor of Binding; it is an extremely powerful ability that you can get from earlier levels that significantly boosts your overall utility. You will always have a barrier that serves as a blockade from external attacks.
With Bone Armor, you will gain the ability to summon fireballs that will provide you with an insane amount of survivability when facing off against a larger horde of monsters that are hard to take off as a necromancer due to your aforementioned low sustainability.
Bone Spike generally causes you to stun enemies. However, with a legendary item, The ability is extremely powerful and can now deal bleed damage. When dealing against larger groups of mobs which you mainly do as a Necromancer, the item can come in as an absolute lifesaver as it can significantly increase your DPS.
That’s everything you need to know about the Necromancer for now! We’ll be covering the class in detail once we get our hands on it. Meanwhile, this leaked list should provide you with a good idea of what you can expect.
