With this rendition of Epic Seven, a total of 6 5* heroes have experienced changes to their kit, some are major changes to how their kit work and some or minor adjustments to their kit in order to make them easier to use or to strengthen their PvE and PvP capabilities.
Of the 6 5* heroes, 2 of them are Moonlight heroes and 3 are normal Covenant Heroes.
Little Queen Charlotte is a 5* Light Warrior that specializes in punishing PvP opponents that brings Dark Elemental Heroes into the fight by destroying them with a 1 shot kill skill and dealing damage to every enemy surrounding that target once they have been defeated.
With the Hero Balance Update patch, Little Queen Charlotte have received a massive buff on her 3rd skill which targets an enemy character and deals massive amounts of damage that ignore the defense of the target and if the target is a Dark Elemental Hero, she will deal extra damage and once she defeated the target, all enemies will receive damage proportional to her attack as flat damage. This buff allows her damage against Dark Elemental Hero to be increased massively, allowing her to essentially be able to one shot any Dark Heroes before her and help her to deal good damage to all enemies upon the target’s defeat.
Spirit Eye Celine is a 5* Light Elemental Hero that have the special ability to not only revive all dead allies with her 3rd skill but also granting her and all allies 1 turn Immortality, preventing them from dying for an extra turn after reviving them from the dead. However, her buff this time is focused more on her special unique buff that she grants herself on using her 3rd skill and its activation requirement.
Once Spirit Eye Celine has activated her 3rd skill, she will be granted a special buff status called “Possessed” that allow her access to the enhanced version of her 1st skill and allow her to counterattack with her 1st skill whenever she is hit with a critical hit from the enemy. However, due to the activation requirement, her special normal attack previously only initiated 70% of the time, making her miss her ability timing massively. With the buff, she will now proc her enhanced normal attack 100% of the time while under the “Possessed” buff. Additionally, the health recovery upon her counterattacking will also be increased to help her survivability.
Jack’ O is a 5* Mage Hero of the Fire Element that specializes in dealing extra damage against enemies with debuffs and granting the ally at the back row the ability to inflict stun with her special Jack’ O permanent buff.
With the Update Balance Patch, Jack’ O has received some major changes to her kit to allow her to be more viable in both PvP and PvE contents. Previously, Jack’ O debuffs mainly focused on applying the Stun status to the enemy and dealing extra to Stunned enemies. However, with the balance patch, her kit will now allow her to apply multiple different debuffs on the enemy and increase her damage against enemies with any debuffs in general, making her damage more reliable and allow her to become a better utility character overall for both PvE and PvP uses.
Summer Break Charlotte is a limited 5* Knight Hero of the Water Element that specializes in coordinating attacks with other allies, allowing her to deal massive damage to all enemies constantly and buffing the team with beneficial buffs.
With the brand new balance to her kit, Summer Break Charlotte’s 3rd skill will no longer have a cooldown, instead her skills will now rely solely on her ability to stack Fighting Spirit with her 1st skill while dual attacking. In addition, her passive has been entirely reworked to allow her to have a perfect head start by granting her the special Dual Attack Guaranteed buff right at the start of battle and granting her 60 fighting spirit stacks immediately.
Sharun is a 5* Soul Weaver Hero of the Earth Element that has the ability to massively debuffs the enemies and buff the allies with powerful debuffs to allow them to move faster and deal more damage to all enemies.
Sharun’s buffs revolves her ability to buff her allies with beneficial buffs by not only expanding the selection of the buffs she can grants to allies, but also extending their durations from only 1 turn to 2 turns, allowing the allies to benefit more from the buffs. In addition, she will now decrease the buff duration of the enemies by 2 turns, making most of their buffs irrelevant by running out the buffs’ duration when using her 3rd skill.
