Exos Heroes is a mobile game developed by the South Korean company. Players can customize and grow their hero, which they can then use in battles against other players, either individually or in teams of three. The heroes you collect will have unique abilities that correspond with your play style as well as strengths and weaknesses. It is available on the google play store and the iOS App Store, and you can download it on PC too.
The team at Exos Heroes is always seeking to grow and improve the game experience for their players. They are constantly working on new content, events, or features that will help drive player retention in Exos Heroes.

In this post, we'll be discussing the different tiers of heroes available in the game and what makes them unique from one another. Keep reading if you want more information about how your hero's Tier affects gameplay!
The Exos Heroes tier list is a ranking of the heroes in Exos from best to worst. The heroes are ranked based on their utility and strength, not by their popularity or how often they are played. This tier list is based on our humble opinion and experience with each hero, so make sure to consider everything before making any final decisions. These tier lists are updated constantly to take into account new content that has been released for the game, so be sure to check back often!
Exos Heroes are categorized into six grades: Fate Core, Fatal, Legendary, Rare, Magical, and Common. The Exos heroes tier list is a ranking of all the heroes available in-game. The tiers go from S+ to S Tier and then A to D.
This article will be going over the tier list of fated heroes, fate core, and 4-star legendary heroes. So, with that being said, let's get started!
Fate Core heroes are the backbone of any team and can fill a variety of different roles. These heroes should be levelled up first to help take down your opponents before they hit you.
While Fate Core heroes are the backbone of your team, Legendary Exos can take over a game with their abilities from the early game to the mid-game. These Exos should be levelled up second to push back against enemy attacks and help you win the battle.
A tier is a measure of power and viability. Tiers are used to compare two or more heroes in terms of their strength, with the higher tier hero being stronger than those below it. In short, Tier means that one hero is a better choice than another in some game aspects.
The Exos Heroes Tier List aims to rank heroes in their best use cases, with the top spot going to those most useful across various situations.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of each Exos Heroes character?
Each hero has their own set of abilities, which you can use to do different things on the battlefield. Understanding these abilities will help you choose your team composition more effectively.
Let’s look at each of the Tier Lists one by one.
With the continuously evolving meta, these characters perform the best along with their Fate Cores. With proper builds and playstyle, there is no denying that these heroes are the most overpowered options in the entire game. As this guide considers the FC versions as well, they are also included here.

Good units that have a few flaws that work against them. They are still solid all around. You will always encounter the heroes in this Tier if the player using it is inexperienced or looking to try out various heroes. The heroes included are average or below average in terms of stats and other important attributes. The main reason for not using them is they cannot dominate or win a battle independently as other picks counter them.

Average units that don’t stand out but can hold their own in battle. The heroes are listed on the bottom Tier because they have not received any attention from the developers and cannot cope with the current meta. It is advisable not to use them if you are quite serious about every battle as you might not get the expected results of the match. To use them, you must enhance these heroes to face the top-tier ones.

The D-Tier won’t need much elaborating this as these aren't really good heroes. This Tier needs a lot of work to be useable; this Tier has FC Wilkes and all others on that list. These are mostly from the Idle theme, except for FC Iden, because he is a blue FC, and probably, he isn't going to be reworked. The same is with FC Liffy as they are not good and they need a lot of work. We also have FC Topaki; he is a blue FC. We don't expect him to be reworked, so let’s leave him be. FC Dana, for which she just got out, can forgive her because she is blue FC, but her kit is not that good. She is not going to be used for even PvE.

This bunch is going to need a little bit of work to be good. We have FC Xiakhan, who has been reworked already kind of good rework but needs a lot more. Jinai, we don't expect as her FC is already really good, but for her Fate form, she is amazing. Prithiof is, here again, the Fated version to be reworked; let’s wait for his Fate Core. FC Mahar, there are many better heroes than her, especially with her ability to shock, as there are better heroes who can shock.
After Listing the Tier List and what and why they are necessary for different game demographics, we will now be ranking the Top 10 Heroes in Exos Heroes.
We want to start with the new additions to this list; the first one will be Shell, specifically FC Shell getting to use her; she is an awesome Hero, she goes decently fast, and she has good stats. She has good health, so she is pretty Tanky. She is one of those characters; when it comes to unleashed potentials, she will be giving the 30% DMG reduction on AoE moves; that's one of those things from Cleanse in which all DMG against allies is reduced.
She has so much more to her kit from Last Chapter Skill and The Night Carnival Effect from Cleanse, which increases the Crit rate of all allies by 100%. She has Charm synergy also from the Cleanse skill in which she Charms enemy with the puppet show, and if the enemy is marked with puppet and if it dies, all enemies have their DEF reduced. From Last Chapter, she has a debuff that decreases the ATK of all enemies afflicted with Charm, which is awesome. If there is any target already charmed, removes barriers from all Charmed targets and afflicts Nullify Barrier. This skill makes her a good Synergy with FC Jinai, which makes them so much better. Amazing character easily makes this list.

Basic Attack – Lvl.1: Deals 501 - 593 Magical damage.
[All] Deals 127% damage to all enemies.
[Debuff] Decreases Attack of all enemies afflicted with Charm by 50% when the attack hits.
[Special] If any of the targets are already Charmed, remove the barrier from all Charmed targets and inflict Nullify Barrier for 10 turns.
[Hallucinate] Reduces Hit by 30 for 4 turn(s) by afflicting the target with Hallucinate; mark the target if Charmed.
[Single] Increases Attack of 1 ally except for the caster by 25% of own Attack for 7 turn(s).
[Remove] Removes all status effects from the target.
[Gain Mana) Target Gains Mana (3 mana).
[Special] Grants Status Effect Immunity (1 time) to the target and resets the target’s turn (resets once per round).

Night Carnival
[Over Time Effect] Increases Critical Hit of all allies by 100%.
Puppet Show
[Mark] Afflicts a Charmed enemy with the Puppet Show mark.
[Debuff] If an enemy marked with Puppet Show dies, it reduces the Block of all enemies by 25% (stacks up to 4 times).
Since her launch in the game, she is performing well as a character. Goes through phase 4 of the Dragon, everyone survives easily. She is incredibly good for PvE. A significant amount of Survivability. One thing about her is she needs to land her moves. If you can resist her moves and are immune to a particular type, her usefulness significantly decreases. It’s not like she has a few passives that will always be good, even if she is not doing DMG.
Her Mark from the Absolute Prophecy skill is insane, and in the situation of Dragon, this Mark didn't even apply. This reduction is not just for a few turns; it is for an entire round which is crazy. She is slow, and that might deter the flow of the game. Her main use is PvE god. She can be splashed in with other factions pretty easily and is worth pulling for.

Grants Heal (100% of Attack) to an ally if they take damage and their Health drops under 20%. Gain Mana (1 mana) if the caster’s Health is less than 20% when triggered. Gain Mana (1 mana) if the caster’s Health is more than 70% when triggered.

Rewind
When the Health of an ally marked with Reversion falls below 50%, it heals the target by 30% of its maximum Health and removes all Reversion marks.
The next character on our List is Rera, the cheerful and bright hero whose unique skill comes from her Summon Uloom, where the damage is based on the Mana the enemy possesses. The damage is based on the battle stats of the opponent.
She is known for her bind effect. Initially, you need to pair her with someone like FC Annie to give her enough Mana to bind on the first turn, which is very impactful that you apply that. Bind is that once it is applied, the enemy can’t get Mana, so applying an AoE, unremovable Bind with the unleashed potential is good.
She is here also because of her Unleashed potential because unleashed potential didn't exist in this capacity. Her Unleash Potential Effect afflicts the target with Bind when the attack hits. Opponents can’t remove it; a very good ability, like these focus fire characters, works if you upgrade those unleashed potentials of these Heroes. High damage, the fastest character in the game, has status immunity, has been one of the best since her release, and won’t change anytime soon.

Fate Core Bathory is the upgraded version of the fated hero Bathory. She was available for summoning from the String of Creation as well as the Select Fate Core summons. FC Bathory is one of the strongest AOE nuke champions, if not the strongest in Exos Heroes. Her base stats are some of the highest, and her abilities are all AOE damaging abilities.
Her skill one deals 102% of her attack damage to all enemies, while skill 3 deals a massive 357% of her attack damage. If FC Bathory can get a full rotation of her skills, most of the squishy units would likely be already dead and hence, winning you the fight more likely. She is a must-have for all Greenland PvP teams as she gives front-line mana +1.
Paired with FC Rera, she can make a very strong core Greenland PvP team with the potential to cleave opponents. She is a good character when it comes to benefit from the unleashed potential in just the raw stats. Bathory, the King's guard, is all about damage. Yes, her active and passive only inflict damage on the opponent without any requirement. So, the only thing players need to do is keep spamming their skills and basic attacks while maintaining proper position.
You want to have manual utilization, and once you are starting to take their main character and have all of it maxed. On the attack side, just her A1 will give her reset, and she gets to auto it one more time. It becomes more useful when you have the combination of the Stamina and DEF tree going simultaneously. Eventually, all of it maxed because then you'll be able to do is maybe you have Shell and give her the extra turn, and she activates her Ultimate, and she is guaranteed to have zero Mana, so she resets.
This reset makes her gain Mana due to this mechanic, and Shell will be able to AoE again with Bathory's A1 on her ATK tree. The final skill on the ATK tree is Mistelten which resets turn one time per round; if owned, Mana is under the skill hits. Bathory has gotten a significantly better Signature force for Greenland characters.

Mana Utilization 3 – Lvl.1 (Ally, Self AoE, Front Row Buff, Mana Breath of Mana, Tranquil):
Increases Attack based on allies' mana count. Gain Mana (1 mana) if allies' mana count is at 10 or more on a turn. Gain Mana (1 mana) if enemies' mana count is at 10 or more on a turn.
Breath of Mana
[Over Time Effect] Front row allies permanently gain 1 mana.
Tranquil

Unleash Potential Effect
Grants Mana to self when the round starts (1).
She is still one of the best characters in the game. She is incredible and super good for every phase of the game. The only thing she can’t work properly is the Dragon as you’re forced to use her A1 and A2 skills, so her giving you extra Mana doesn't do much when you control the character; she is incredible. In PvP, when people have like Dragon blood characters with shields, that makes a massive difference, and it’s easy to forget just how impactful these characters are with a couple of stacks going their way, and they just become these unkillable gods. So having Iris is very good.
Iris is the royal member of North von Frosty and is an expert in Magic. You would mostly find her paired up with a sustaining hero and, of course, as a support so that she can dish out her unreal damage.

FC Jinai is the Fate Core of the fated unit Jinai. She is from the Greenland faction and is a great buffer for DPS heroes in the backline. Her skills are quite complex, and she fits in many teams. You can use an amazing character combo with Jinn, combo her with Adams, and easily make the top 10 list from the core teams’ perspective for the PvP side, or mainly Jinai based the battery based while Dorka gets splashed in.

Removes buff of an enemy and Gain Mana (1 mana).
Gain Mana (1 mana) additionally if the target's Health is at 80% or more.
Remove 1 mana the target has and then Gain Mana (1 mana) to self if the target's Health is at 30% or less.

[Debuff] Decreases Attack of all targets by 40% for 7 turns. (can't be removed, decreases by extra 2% per buff removed).
Flow of Mana
[Over Time Effect] Back-row allies permanently gain 1 mana.
Charm
Afflicts enemies with lower Attack than self with the Charm mark and decreases their Attack Speed by 30.
Superstar
Afflicts the Attention mark for 7 turns to the target when the skill hits. Increases over time damage on the target with Attention by 100%.
Fan Meeting
Afflicts the Anti-fan mark to the target when attacked Triggers Double-Team with all living allies if the Health target with Anti-fan is at or less than 30% (once every 7 turns).
Let's touch a little bit on Dandelion as well; as she has gotten better with the unleashed potential of applying Bind on her A1, she doesn’t need to have a slot for Annie. For example, if you’re running Rera and want to do that, AoE off the start, so she is a fast character.
Her passive is just so impactful the only thing that's holding her back is that she doesn't have an FC, which speaks to how good the character is that she is so meta even without the FC because you can’t manipulate her Stats with moves, we can’t stack her attack and then she has this passive that requires her to have the highest ATK. So, when that happens, and even if they don't change anything and make her kit slightly worse, they still give you the option to increase her stats with fusion and FC stuff.
With Dorka’s passive, you can maintain the mana pool as there are various ways to keep it stocked. Moreover, you can always spam the active skill, allowing you to deal an insane amount of damage to the enemy with your normal basic attack.

FC Tantalo is the Fate Core version of the Legendary unit Tantalo. FC Tantalo is from the Green land faction and is a great tank with CC type unit. He can be built extremely tanky and can be very annoying with his constant provokes. He gets countered by FC April as she can cleanse his provokes, but he is a great support tank with sustain and provokes.
FC Tantalo is already an amazing character and a good pairing of the three. It is always advised to pair 3 characters of the same faction as it will become more and more important as players will get more Signature Force upgrades when you are at that level as you get a 30% bonus. You not only get a 15% bonus for having two characters of the same faction, but it's going to have an additional 30% HP, ATK and DEF. The same faction bonus is such a massive boost to the teams. His passive is just so good, which alone makes him land a spot in this list other than a couple of things you may like about him.
Heart Strike, amazing passive, which helps him to shut down the Guardian characters. The second thing about this passive is the Overpower effect which reduces the enemy's Crit DMG by 300%, and along with it, the Sworn Friend effect, which grants an ally DMG immunity when they're hit with a Crit DMG. Overpower and Sworn Friend are good to have synergy against when playing with characters like Rera and Dorka constantly making AoE moves and surviving their burst DMG.
He further improves with unleashing potential as he can reduce DMG taken further, making him significantly tankier. Another example is Body Check, in which the Unleashed potential will deal additional DMG scaling with his DEF, which is similar to Ground Flip, where Unleashing the skill deals an additional 45% of his DEF. If you invest in him, he can deal DMG like a Truck.

Not just FC Ramge, we think both versions are good. We still recommend FC Ramge due to the passive he gets from the Dragon Blood. The main selling factor of FC Ramge is his healing blocks which makes him useful for trials and other certain missions. Other than heal blocking, he is an amazing counter for Dorka. He becomes a powerhouse when you pair him with Shif. He's been a very solid character.

She is best used in PvE content like the trials as she can always give the extra Mana to Rera, which is such a good pairing. This extra mana providence is amazing, especially in the harder content of higher Trials.

Sabrina is a universal offensive character that performs equally well against a single target or an entire party of enemies. Her Elegant Execution attack deals 300% damage to a single enemy, which ends up being a devastating blow of 3450 damage points. If you need to wreck a horde of opponents, use her Phoenix's Attack move, which deals 178% damage to all attackers for 3 Mana. Sabrina also possesses the Protection of the Dragon Knight ability, which allows her to increase all her damage output by another 250%.
Fate Core Rachel is the Fate Core version of the fated unit Rachel. FC Rachel is from the Lenombe faction and is a fire-type offensive unit. FC Rachel, unlike FC Bathory, is a very strong single target DPS unit with high base stats. His 1st skill is a single target damaging ability with 375% of his attack damage, while his skill 3 is another single-target damaging ability with a 525% damage multiplier. FC Rachel is the core of any Lenombe faction PvP team, along with FC April. He is also a strong buffer as he buffs all allies' attack and attack speed by 50% and 10%, respectively, if the enemy dies with his skill 3.
FC April is the Fate Core version of the legendary unit April. She is from the Lenombe faction and is a must for any Lenombe faction PvP team. Her utility and damage output are great, and she can cleanse all debuffs and heal herself by 10% of the damage she deals. Her passive states, “Heals all allies with 100% health upon dying”.
Fate Core Rudley is the Fate Core version of the Fated unit Rudley. FC Rudley is from the Wasted Red faction. FC Rudley is a crazy debuffer with amazing utility in his skills. He is one of the most core/required champions in any Wasted Red PvP team, along with FC Garff. His 2nd skill, The Living Shall Perish, is a single target damaging ability with a 100% of attack multiplier. He also inflicts the Silence and The Living Shall Perish debuff for 5 turns and 6 turns, respectively, along with granting a Vanguard buff. The vanguard buff states that if an ally is marked with a Command mark, FC Rudley and the target with the lowest Health will get a barrier.
Lastly, Rudley, the royal guard's Captain, is a good option if you want to burst out the enemy with your damage. Rudley's Decisive Strike can prove deadly if used on a single target.
Fate Core Garff is the Fate Core version of the fated unit Garff. FC Garff is from the Wasted Red faction. FC Garff is a very powerful controller and damage dealer both as she can target all backline enemy heroes using her 3rd skill, Heavenly Call. Her passive skill Breath of Mana also grants all front row allies 1 mana permanently. She also is great support for low health targets as her passive also gives her the ability to give low health allies a Command mark and increase Defense/Health by 20%. Her skill 2 also casts a curse mark that deals 49% damage for 6 turns and single-target damage equal to 187% of her attack to an enemy. FC Garff is the core of any Wasted Red PvP team, along with FC Rudley.
One of the Five Greatest Generals of Saint West, Garff will be rewarding if you learn to keep up with his passive. His kit has everything starting from auto mana regeneration and sharing HP with allies.
Valentina, the daughter of Shufraken, is the topper of this Tier. When playing her, make sure to trigger her passive and use the advantage from Frostbite every four turns. Her skills also include crowd control which is one of the most sought-after skill sets in the game. Emma is the undead queen of Saint West. Use her when your team lacks damage, as her passive lets her double the damage according to her level. Shufraken can be a one-trick hero if you wish to gank the enemy by using the passive's effect and finishing them with Marching Sword.
Fate Core Shufraken is the Fate Core version of the Fated unit Shufraken. FC Shufraken is from the North Von Frostly faction and is one of the core units with FC Valentina for any North Von Frosty PvP team. FC Shufraken is a great continuous damage dealer, and he does so with his special Fear of the Abyss mark that he applies to targets. He is the best when paired with FC Valentina but can do some work alone as well.
FC Zeon is the Fate Core version of the rare unit Zeon, and the fated unit Awakened Zeon. FC Zeon is from the Lenombe faction and is a decimating menace to reckon with. If set up properly, he can solo teams along with other Fate Core heroes having the first guardian passive. He was one of the first and the most broken-Fate Core heroes to ever exist in the game, mostly because of his passive Dragon Blood, which allowed him to grant counterattack to all allies and increase their attack power . This passive can stack and provides barriers to all allies, equal to 10% of their Health. These barriers also stack according to the number of Dragon Blood marks. However, with the introduction of FC Iris into the game, he has not seen much use anymore unless picked with FC Iris in his team.
Scarlet once used to be in the top tiers, but her passive is no longer effective in a team clash. But, by using her Chain Fireball, you can play her as a support Attack due to her AOE damage. Utilize Shadow Slash and Shadow Dance of Jinn along with other heroes' combos to outplay the enemy. Make sure you don't enter into a team clash alone. Otard is the legendary leader of the Clan whose Brutal Axe can one-shot a single enemy but might struggle if forced into a team fight.
Neomi's Millennial Light is the only usable skill if the player wishes to use her anytime. Being a defensive hero, she can also dish out some damage, but not enough to kill the opponent. Similarly, Ramge, the Darkness element hero, can prove to be a good option if he triggers his Passive, Cleanse 3 on time. Finally, Bernadette, the Magical Attack hero, can be a good choice from this Tier if your team has high damage and a tanky hero to absorb the enemy's attacks and provide Mana for her skills.
In this Tier list, we have touched every Tier and included the Fate Core Version to help you compare the different variants and where they stand. The second reason for including FC is so that you can have something to look forward to in the end-game of Exos Heroes. Nonetheless, the Top 10 Heroes section includes some Fated Heroes and their viability to surpass FC Heroes because of their Unleashed Potential Trees, which are much easier for F2P players.
