Version 3.3 Special Rate Up Banner - Should You Roll

Along with the version update, Genshin Impact is introducing 2 brand new characters into the game’s roster: the 5* Anemo Catalyst Wanderer and the 4* Anemo Bow Faruzan.

Wanderer

Wanderer is a 5* Catalyst wielder of the Anemo element that specializes in dealing massive amounts of Anemo damage to enemies before him using his normal and charge attacks.

Wanderer’s unique gimmick lies in his extra wind current meter which allows him to hover above ground, making him invulnerable against attacks on the ground and allow him to traverse difficult terrains with ease. In addition, while this meter is in effect, Wanderer will gain specific buffs when fighting against enemies of certain elements like Cryo, Hydro, Pyro or Electro, buffing his stat and enhancing his normal attack damage potential.

Wanderer’s ultimate skill creates a massive vortex below his feet, pulling enemies in and dealing massive amounts of Anemo damage to them, a rather simple yet effective ultimate for an Anemo DPS.

Faruzan

Faruzan is a 4* Anemo Bow User that specializes in buffing allies of the Anemo element with buffs that help them deal extra normal attack damage proportional to her own attack stat.

Her charge shot low cooldown time allows her to buff allies. In addition, her ultimate skill, which creates a massive cube that flies around the field dealing Anemo damage, helps create the perfect battle field against large groups of enemies and reduces their Anemo Elemental Resistance for extra damage.

Should You Roll

If you are into playing around with Anemo teams, then Absolutely YES. This Patch’s 2 brand new characters are the pinnacle of Anemo teams with a dedicated Anemo buffer and an amazing Anemo damage dealer that can potentially break the meta, making this patch the best patch to roll for if you intend to build an Anemo-centric team.
