Here, there is a randomly drawn card system that includes different tiles to place on the isle to prevent the enemies from getting close to the defending object, to expand the isle grounds, and many more uses. Other than being desperate right after you log into the game, it's better to start it more confidently by following our Isle of Arrows beginner. Now, without wasting time, let's go into our beginner guide.

Isle of Arrows Cards to Defend

This game is about defending a particular thing given the goal to fulfill in every stage by eliminating all the enemy waves. To accomplish this goal, the players have to place several tiles through the cards with various hidden tactics, and these cards will be drawn randomly, giving no chance for prediction.

How to gain these cards? At the bottom of the screen where the game takes place, there are two different cards shown, and the players can select both two cards or one. Or the players can skip these cards using two gold coins.

When placing tiles on the isle ground, it's essential to focus on where you place them because if the tile is shown in red wherever you take them, it means you cannot put the tile in that area. You can place a tile only when it shows in green. And also, the players can rotate the tile in any direction as their preference or place it correctly in the relevant area.

Now, through our Isle of Arrows beginner guide, we will show some of the cards and how they will help to protect the particular object.

Paths

The players can use the paths to extend the Path of attackers to reach the object the players have to defend.

Garden

Placing a garden on the isle grounds will surely give you additional gold coins, which is the only use of gardens.

Ice Trap

Ice traps can spread ice patches on every adjacent road tile to trap the enemies. But it will not affect water tiles.

Fishing Hut

If you need to earn more gold for every adjacent water tile, use the Fishing Hut and place it somewhere else that suits the Fishing Hut best.

Sniper Tower

This long-ranged arrow tower is very useful for killing the incoming enemy waves even from a long range.

Flag and Small Flag

Even though there is a Path the players can use to extend the enemy's road, how can they increase their isle? That's the use of this Flag and Small Flag. Players can use these Flags and Small Flag cards to extend the grounds of the isle. The only difference is the appearance of the flags in these tiles and the extended tile amounts of grounds.

High Grounds

The players can collect these cards as bonus rewards for eliminating certain enemy waves, or they can use them from the board menu at the bottom of the screen. The particular skill of these high grounds is that they can increase the range of any tower placed on them.

Arrow Tower

This primary arrow tower eliminates the enemy waves using the waves of arrows.

Monument

Placing Monument will give you bridges when the placed Monument is surrounded.

Other than these, there are many cards that the players can unlock here if they complete stages totally without being defeated.

Isle of Arrows Resources

There are different in-game resources the players must collect to progress through one stage to complete the specific goals given by the game. Now, it's time to check the resources we have to gather to progress through the game.

Hearts or Lives

Hearts or the Lives given in the Isle of Arrows game are handy to play one stage of a campaign until all the enemy waves are finished because once you spend your hearts, you will lose the match by failing to protect the tower.

You will lose hearts one by one if you cannot eliminate every enemy before it reaches the specific thing you have to protect.

Gold

Gold coins are the most needed in-game resource for the players to have a continuous growth of the isle that they play at the specific stage.

If the players kill one enemy wave, it will give them one gold, and after the players collect ten gold coins, the game will reward them with one additional gold for holding ten gold coins at a time.

Bombs

Bombs will be helpful to build over existing tiles, which means if there is a tile that includes a flag or a tower or anything, the players can place another tile with a tower or anything over it using the bombs in the inventory. So, the bombs are convenient resources; what do you think?

Bridges

Players can build outside the isle using these bridges, but you need to place Monuments and surround them, as we mentioned earlier. The players can extend the Path using the bridges, which is what it means to build outside.

Isle of Arrows Mini Games

The players can encounter mini games inside the main game that give you bonus rewards or reductions and let us see what these games are.

Coin Toss

The coin toss is a mini-game player can participate in the middle of a game, or they can skip this mini-game if they want. To win the rewards here, nothing matters but only luck, which is essential here.

Here, the condition is that if the player tosses the coin and gains a head, the game will give you rewards, but if the result is the tail, then the game will reduce the life or any other resource the player has.

Bonus Cards

After eliminating a certain number of enemy waves, the players will be given two, three, or even four bonus cards. But the players can access only one card, so be more selective and picky when you choose one out of the other cards.
