Shield Hero: RISE - Game Review & Gacha Rates

2023-11-09

Shield Hero: RISE is a new Turn-Based Gacha Game based on the famous anime "The Rising of the Shield Hero."At the beginning of the game, we will engage in a battle alongside some characters who may seem familiar to us but whom we actually don't know yet: Raphtalia and Filo. An enormous Dragon awakens before our eyes, and before we can do anything, one of our teammates, Filo, who launches herself at the dragon, gets devoured in battle by the latter. It's at this moment that the protagonist is able to unleash the power of the Shield, annihilating the dragon. Once the dragon is defeated, we wake up at home, realizing it was all a dream. However, the ordinary life of the protagonist, Naofumi Iwatani, radically changes when, while reading a comic about four heroes saving a distant kingdom, he gets teleported by a magician along with three other heroes to a fantasy world, where he's recruited to save it from destruction.

Naofumi's journey, however, won't be straightforward because, considered the weakest hero among them all, he will soon be betrayed and abandoned by the other three heroes and accused of abusing a girl. It's at this point that, left to fend for himself and full of resentment and hatred, our protagonist begins his ascent to become the most powerful hero of all!

What is Shield Hero: RISE?

Shield Hero: Rise is a new turn-based Gacha RPG. In this game, we will take on the role of the Shield Hero and form a party with numerous characters. The game offers a vast array of content in both PvE and PvP.
