So, Flandre is not a valueless character, but you must keep in mind that she is situational. You have to understand she is not a character that you chose for power. Flandre is a pool of available units. So, using this banner, you can take her for a limited period as a new entity, and she will not be introduced to the general pool for a bit of time. Like that, using this banner, you have a reasonable probability of getting Hong Meiling if you wish to get her.

 

Character of Flandre

 

She is the sister of Scarlet Devil. She is one of the two vampires in Gensokyo, and she has extreme power over that. She is an exceptional but emotional character with awful self-control. So, most of the time, she used to be inside her home. Her sister also does the same. This is because of their ultimate power of destroying anything. She was terrified that her lack of self-control and mistaken spells would create a significant disaster.

Accuracy Rate

 

In the last Lost World game, Closing Schwarzschild Radius, a solo game, showed the devastating actions caused by such abilities. When compared to the power, there is a low critical rate of correctness in her character, for starters. 

 

The accuracy of bullets is from 50% to 25%. That means, for a 100% rate of accuracy, she has to support both Paralyze Barrier and Accuracy Up. At the same time, Flandre needs three powers to create most of her damages, mainly because of the Bullet layout being backloaded. With that information, you have to keep in mind that Flandre is not suitable for solo farming. She will needs help to create compatible damages during brutal fights.

 

So, if you give the necessary support to Flandre, none of the others can fight with her ability to erase a single boss. At level three, she will reach her maximum overkill point. She will create three times the damage that Yuyuko makes if we suppose she is in her maximum accuracy. If she gets support from Crit also, she will create damage to shattering the visual damage limit. 

 

Making Flandre More Powerful

 

As an admiration to her participation, her first skill will be in the form of team support. Frenzied Eyes is her first skill. This means distressing a target that consists of three levels of Yin DEE Down with three turns. It will help her mark critically in the game and pressure additional pain of the subordinate targets as a team. 

 

As a reason for her second Spell Card, Taboo: Laevateinn, she has a somewhat lacking break. At that point, she has any elements and 1 Fire Break at 0 Power and one more at 3 Power.
