112NL is the official app of the Dutch emergency services police, fire brigade, ambulance and Koninklijke Marechaussee. From now on you can also call 112 via 112NL in an emergency situation. If you call 112 with 112NL, you send extra data to the control room. This allows the emergency room to help you faster and better. For example, you can indicate in 112NL who you want to speak to (police, fire brigade or ambulance) and whether you cannot speak or hear properly. If the contact with you by telephone does not go well, the control room can start a chat conversation via 112NL.
