- Access your WORKOUTS: information about exercises, loads, repetitions, execution tips and training expiration date. Also consult your physical evaluation whenever you want.
- Consult the class AGENDA: check-in, check schedules, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, be notified as soon as there is a vacancy available!
