ACT Head Impact Tracker App Description
ACT Head Impact Tracker is a simple, easy to use, affordable and versatile head impact measuring device. It can be used in virtually any sport on a dry land. In those you wear helmets, and in those you don’t. ACT Head Impact Tracker is made for athletes, coaches, trainers, families and friends to get information on impact forces acting on a head and keep record of them.
ACT Head Impact Tracker head sensor is needed to measure head’s movement. It communicates with Bluetooth to the smartphone with ACT Head Impact Tracker App, and the App by using mobile data or Wi-Fi with ACT Head Impact Tracker Cloud.
The App also enables you to create and manage User Account and Profile(s), add and act with ACT Head Impact Tracker head sensors on your Profile(s), view and receive Impact information, share your Profile(s) Impact information with other Users, activate, use and manage Service features and functionalities. ACT Head Impact Tracker smartphone mobile App is free to download, contains in-App purchases and may feature advertising.
ACT Head Impact Tracker smartphone mobile App is available for Android 9 or newer Android operating systems only. Functionality on all and every mobile phone brand, model and operating system version has not been tested nor validated, and hence we cannot guarantee that ACT Head Impact Tracker smartphone mobile App will work in every phone. Service features and functionalities
1. IMPACT INFORMATION
Impact information is displayed in the App with numerical value (g-force), and as a graph. Graphical illustration on the Impact information can be accessed by tapping on the chosen impact on the profile’s impact history. Each impact also has a time stamp on it, which tells when the impact has been recorded into the system, and impact’s index number. The last impact, shown on top of the profile page, also has a note if this impact is a.) below the corridor, b.) in the corridor, or c.) above the corridor of 40-60g. 2. IMPACT HISTORY
Profile’s impact history is a record of impacts, combining impacts from all the sensors added on a profile. It can be accessed in the App by tapping on a chosen profile and green button next to text “Impact history” on the profile page. The last impact recorded is displayed on the top of list with information on which sensor has recorded it, when it has been recorded to the system, and an index number of the impact. Please note, that the head sensor can store about 40 impacts in it. Hence make sure you empty all the data from the head sensor regularly to keep your impact information from disappearing.
3. BROWSER ACCESS (COMING SOON)
Through Browser Access Users can access their information via internet browser to import all their user data to a computer, where it can be further processed in applicable spreadsheets and database management systems. Access to Browser Access by clicking “Browser Access” link featuring on our website www.act-tracker.com.
