AEONOS Terminal Description
Turn a smartphone or tablet into a professional time recording terminal. Your employees can book times quickly and easily using an NFC tag (chip card, key fob, sticker on an ID card).
The cheap alternative: NFC-enabled Android smartphones or tablets are available from 150 euros. Classic stationary time recording terminals cost many hundreds of euros more.
Stationary: You can permanently mount your Android device with the terminal app using a wall bracket. If theft is not an issue, simply leave it in a convenient place for your employees to book time.
Mobile: in the field, any number of employees can book at the terminal. A member of the field team carries the terminal with them. The team members log in and out with him. Group bookings will soon be possible.
In this way, the start of work, project times, breaks and the end of work can be booked quickly and conveniently. For individual employees or entire teams. Projects, activities and absences can be individually assigned to employees or teams.

However, you can create a free test account via the app. If you would like to use AEONOS for more than 30 days, a contract must be concluded in the HR tool.
