WHAT IS AHBAP?
The Ahbap Association is an NGO (non-governmental organization) founded by Haluk Levent, based on solidarity and cooperation.
Ahbap is a cooperation movement that works with value systems based on solidarity, sharing and belonging through love, based on developing the unifying and transformative accumulation of the Anatolian cultural treasure with the possibilities of contemporary knowledge and technology.
As of 2023, Turkey has a network of volunteers in 68 cities.
The Friends Association aims to provide all kinds of aid to the needy people, in kind and in cash, to strengthen the awareness of cooperation in the society, to serve the building of good people and good society, to create contemporary and sustainable networks of cooperation and solidarity with new cooperation models and projects, to protect the local culture and to protect today's technological technologies. was established with the aim of contributing to its development and moving to the future with its opportunities.
COLLABORATION - COMMON VISION OF THE BROTHERS
Together with its representatives all over the country, Ahbap will create local and general projects that will integrate local values with global knowledge, and will establish its own cooperation models for the necessary support and work in the execution and implementation of these projects.
STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
The Ahbap Association also periodically or regularly provides scholarships to needy students.
EMERGENCY AID AND SEARCH AND RESCUE WORKS
It works in areas such as earthquakes, fires, floods, landslides, droughts and epidemics.
The emergency aid activities of the association against extraordinary situations are as follows:
Search and rescue efforts and technical material assistance
Supply and delivery of food, clothing and other basic necessities
Providing safe environments for women, children, the elderly and the homeless
Establishment of need units such as tents, prefabricated shelters, mobile kitchens
Mobile health truck, supply of medicines and medical equipment, surgery and similar health aids
