With Airbus Remote Assistance you can provide and receive remote assistance internal or external of Airbus. It offers a wide set of features and modules to handle daily challenges in maintenance and service efficiently. Communicate with experts location-independently via video session, exchange messages and media, and much more!
It provides live video and voice communication from on-site technicians to one or more remote experts.
It can be used in combination with smartphones, tablets, notebooks or augmented reality headsets (Microsoft HoloLens 2)
Remote Maintenance
• Live video streaming with an expert or other users from your contact list
• Video sessions with anonymous participants are also possible using a combination of service number and password
• Integrated laser pointer to point out specific elements
• Take snapshots of the video session in progress and add annotations for better understanding
