AK-Partner Description
AK-Partner is a mobile application from Akuvox that helps installers work more efficiently and effectively. It has the following features and benefits:
• It simplifies the management of projects, devices, and users for our partners. They can easily edit, delete, and view the details of their projects, such as the name, address, timezone, etc. They can also modify, delete, and view the status and parameters of their devices, such as the model, firmware version, network configuration, etc. They can also add, remove, edit, and view the information of their users, such as the name, phone number, email, status, etc.
• It collects the abnormal states of users and devices, and helps the Installer to detect these anomalies in time, and then take appropriate actions.
