The application is full of errors. There's no proper error handling. It never works and I receive strange kind of errors like "the header is incomplete", "longitude format is unvalid", etc It clearly shows that the application has been developed without proper testing and error handling. There's no way of retrying. Once error is received, only way would be to kill the app and open again.

The Bank Al Habib biometric app is an absolute disaster! It refuses to function despite multiple attempts, making it incredibly frustrating. This app is beyond terrible – it's absolutely useless. Very pathetic. Tried for almost 50 times and still the process isnt completing. I am an expat and i needed this to work on urgent basis. Wasted time, energy and now frustrated to peak.
