It's no longer downloading my videos! I paid for a pro membership years ago and since opening the app on my new phone, I have not been prompted for account info to know if I have a "pro" membership or not. When I am downloading the video I made using the pro template the file is not accessible for use in any way. It doesn't even show up I my gallery. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that doesn't fix the problem.

It was working great until 2 weeks back. It started creating an issue of cropping the text after saving. It shows everything good on the draft version on the app, but crops the text after saving. I tried installing it back, it still has the same prob. Please someone fix this issue

Once you get the video, it feels great. But the editor is quite glitchy. Sometimes the options for colour or size disappear and I have to reopen the app. I added extra text which became permanently unselectable to edit. Saving work in progress is not an obvious button to the top. No undo action for accidents. I wouldn't pay until all this is working properly.
