Artemis Agent Description
Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator is a cooperative spacefaring PC game in which a crew of daring officers commands a spaceship to combat against incoming alien threats. One of those officers is the Comms officer, whose job it is to communicate with allied ships, docking stations, enemy ships and other player ships. Incoming messages from all parties are received and listed in chronological order without much organization, and the information they contain can be intimidating to novices. More recent versions of the game provide a way to filter messages by content, but it's still not entirely intuitive or necessarily helpful.
Enter Artemis Agent, the companion app that receives these messages, organizes them and presents all of the most important information in a way that is streamlined and easy to read, while also providing the controls to send communications back to other entities in a game. It replaces the now-defunct Artemis Messenger app. Features include:
* Connecting to a running Artemis SBS server
* Scanning for servers that are broadcasting via UDP
* Viewing inventory of the player ship's ordnances and single-seat craft
* Toggling the player ship's red-alert status
* Viewing status and inventory information of docking stations
* Requesting ordnance production and standby for docking
* Viewing statuses of allied ships and issuing commands
* Viewing intel on enemy ships and sending taunts or requests to surrender
* Activating secret code cases to force surrenders
* Tracking received side mission requests and rewards
* Routing optimal paths to efficiently complete side missions
* Disabling BioMechs
