ATAK Plugin: Fire Area Survey Description

The Fire Area Survey Plugin provides an enhanced capability for collecting wildland fire perimeters and other polygons using ATAK. This includes being able to capture the GPS track of a walked or driven route while considering starts and stops along the route. When collecting multiple segments, this tool allows for the end user to join those segments together and create a closed shape from the collection. This shape includes attributes for perimeter length and shape area in a variety of formats, and may be shared with other TAK users.
