Atendi Mobile Description
With Atendi Mobile making the call will be very simple! The Application is part of the Atendi System, an advanced service and sales system. Atendi Mobile is the application responsible for opening the order, ordering and closing the account. Your team and your customer can use it. It is striking by the clean look, the attractive design and the ease of use. It has application for several sectors: restaurants, cafes, fast-foods, bars, hotels and where else your business wants to go.
The Atendi System has a desktop software (Atendi Server) that manages the entire system without the need of internet, only with local network. It must be installed on a computer. Without it the Atendi Mobile does not work. It monitors the entire service, receives orders, controls its status, manages product mix, customization of all applications, employee access, tablet connectivity, and the distribution of orders to the production. A full box front with NFC-e connected to the Atendi ERP (Integrated Management System) online!
Atendi Mobile can be used in different service modes:
Waiter Mode: Waiter uses Atendi Mobile to take orders, transfer table items and inform order status.
Customer Mode: The Customer places the order on the smartphone itself and closes the account.
Counter Mode: The attendant places the order, closes the account and receives it from the customer.
Production Mode: The kitchen and bar teams manage the order queue on the screen or printer.
Delivery Mode: The attendant, in a few clicks, can add orders and set delivery information.
Cashier Mode: Cashier controls the movements of entries and exits, and account closure.
