The Mobile Internal Social Media that unites a flexible, agile, and experiential learning environment within a single mobile platform.
The following are various features that can support the learning process:
1. Community (Make official Communities): can create a community formally, informally, and follow certain communities that have been created by admins or users.
2. Posting (insight, lesson learned & Question) : can post insight and lesson learn, make questions about knowledge at work, post in community, and support (like, post & comment).
3. Quiz of the day (daily survey for all employees): Daily survey will appear at the beginning of the application homepage for users to feel engaged with social learning apps.
4. Personality Profile: Employees can do personality tests and have an interesting profile.
5. Gamification (Game elements into apps): Gamification is the process of integrating game mechanics into programs that aim to increase participation, engagement, and loyalty. (like, prize, comment, post & share)
