AvvA Description
The AvvA App was created to be accessible from anywhere on Android. Once activated, the app takes a screenshot of the open app.
The user has instant access to this screenshot and can enter text by voice or typing to complete any task they want to ask Gemini. We have configured the Gemini API to process the screenshots and respond in chat mode, allowing the user to clarify or validate a simple question or even participate in a deeper conversation, if you want.
We also use Gemini to interpret possible user actions, such as identifying possible actions, such as identifying a song.
Gemini's response may ask AvvA to open other apps and perform actions. For example, she can open YouTube and click on the song identified by Gemini.
Other actions that use on-screen context include: checking social media news; Translate content; Asking for suggestions for something to say in a conversation.
All Gemini responses can be easily copied for use in other apps.
The AvvA app uses the Accessibility API to support automated actions that are pre-programmed by users themselves. This includes functions such as opening other applications and starting music playback, allowing for greater convenience and personalization of the device usage experience.
Use of the Accessibility API is optional and is only activated with the user's explicit consent. This permission is used to perform automated actions directly in the system, improving productivity and efficiency when performing frequent tasks with scheduled touches.
The AvvA app respects user privacy and does not change any device settings without due authorization. The app is designed to optimize interaction with the device, but does not interfere with privacy controls or use the Accessibility API to record audio or modify interface elements in misleading ways.
