Azərişıq SOS Description
Azerishik SOS system consists of 2 applications (Subscriber and Brigade) and 1 control panel. Subscribers can immediately send their problems in the electricity network to the center through the application without calling the call center. When sending a request, the subscriber's geolocation, subscriber code, multimedia files of the complaint, types of complaints (current surge, power outage, etc.) are sent to the center. If the operator deems appropriate for the incoming complaint, he opens a ticket and assigns a brigade according to the TM location. This system reduces the number of calls in receiving and managing data and helps to respond in the shortest possible time.
