In addition, for the visually impaired in the city, only a walking line on the ground and audible warnings in traffic provide them with a limited means of transportation. In addition to transportation, they should be offered the opportunity to explore the city. Our project, which was started for these reasons, aims to create an assistant traveler application in which the sound recording of the description of the historical place or building will be played automatically when it comes to the determined location.
