While launching 'birtv', we listened to the street, therefore to the public, to our target audience. Yes; It should have been bi'tv and it should have been everyone's. We had to provide an indiscriminate 'polyphony'. We designed our broadcast content and flow with journalists and experts in their fields with this ideal.
