2. Collect evidence - Record a video as the order is correctly packed and sealed. If you want, add additional photos to seal your case
3. Hand over to driver - Let your delivery partner do their job and deliver it to another happy customer. And if not...
4. Dispute incorrect refund requests - Forward refund request emails from your delivery partners to disputes@biteback.ai and we'll make sure they're correct. If not, we'll help you dispute and safeguard both your profit and reputation.
