Taking advantage of a mobile or car-embedded Internet connection and a BlackVue dashcam, BlackVue Cloud connects you to your car through the Cloud. Using the BlackVue App on your smartphone or tablet, you see in real time where your car is located and what is happening around it.

You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).

BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

The update that removed access to the Blackvue folder structure is a disgrace! Return access to the folders that the videos are downloaded to. We own the devices, we own the content. As owners, we should have unrestricted access to the file system. Have to copy the files from the device to another folder on the device (doubling the consumed storage!) Is an absolute joke! Then there is the stupidity of the apps "checking online for updates" when it's connected to the camera.

App is completely useless. I can no longer change any of the Camera Settings or change my Cloud setting due to "Some Bug" in the App. Yes, I am using the Latest Version (v3.35) and the latest Firmware for my Camera, (v.1.009). Camera has been reset to default, app uninstalled and reinstalled, Micro SD card formatted, Phone restarted. My camera is now totally useless. All that I am able to do is download videos via a wifi connection to my Phone.

Looks like we've been listened to. The latest update has sorted all my connection issues so I am again a happy bunny. Slight issue with camera restarting so I never knew when it was actually recording or not so have fitted a high spec SD card which seems to have sorted that too. Apparently Blackburn doesn't like SanDisk but . . I was using a Blackburn micro SD which they now suggest we replace every six months err nope. I'll continue to reformat monthly and see how long this lasts and feed back
