Body Image Fitness Ltd is an online and in person safe space for ALL folks that would like to escape diet culture. It is for folks that would like to feel good about themselves away from the shame that traditional fitness spaces come with.
We offer NON DIET, SIZE INCLUSIVE movement and Body Image support with various options to get involved;
