Our two instructors offer six different movement modalities so you have access to every workout class your body (and mind) needs. Feel seen and heard in this tight-knight community with classes including weight training, yoga, pilates, meditation and more. Our on-demand library is stacked and ready for streaming or download, with new classes being added each week and monthly live-stream events. Listen to our curated playlists with songs requested by our members and choose classes of varying lengths, and equipment needs. With this app you are set up for success whether you’re in your living room, the gym, or on the road.

TONE - Pilates inspired movements will burn the small twitch muscle fibers and tone your entire body.
FLOW - A vinyasa based movement practice intelligently sequenced around a theme or towards a peak posture.
SWEAT - cardio + strength moves to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping, using just your bodyweight.
BREATHE - Guided meditation and breathwork to sharpen the mind and reduce stress.
BUILD - strength training using medium to heavy dumbbells, we work to build strength through fundamental movements.
RESTORE - Sequences of restorative postures intended to down regulate your nervous system and calm your mind.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Bond Wellness House on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.
