The application itself is fine and easy to use and has a variety of options. But unfortunately you can't order most of the time because they're busy, or yoy can prepare an order for tomorrow but with different prices normally higher ones! and the customer service is not helpful at all and they take around an hour to reply with the message that the app gave you in the first place!! Not the worst experience but definitely not what expected.

Breadfast became all about missing items that I pay for, very late delivery. I have a network problem at my house so I usually wait for the notification that my order is arriving in a minute so I open the door and wait for the delivery associate, I don't get the notification most of the time and the delivery associate just cancels the orders although the address is written very clearly. The customer service chat barely reply, or they do in at least 30 minutes, I don't think that's how it works

Horrible customer service, delivery came missing an item, and it takes them 3 hours to replace it, obviously because I paid by card, if you use this service, which I don't recommend at all, since everything is WAY more expensive, and now the customer service is below average, and they don't fix whatever they do, and make you WAIT for hours to get something you've already paid for.
