Breathing exercises: This section, has 4 levels with 4 different breathing patterns, from easy to difficult and has 4 breathing training purposes for different needs and situations, including:
- Relax: Inhale for 4s, exhale for 6s
- Focus: Inhale for 4s, hold for 4s, exhale for 4s and hold for 4s
- Unwind: Inhale for 4s, hold for 7s and exhale for 8s
- Energizer (Energy): Inhale 4s, exhale 2s
