Absolutely brilliant! The original game is obviously a classic and I think it's implemented very well here. The controls work beautifully, which was something I was concerned about after playing through a few adventure games on my phone using ScummVM but no worries here, they've got it spot on. I've never played the Director's Cut so it's great to get a chance to see what was added. And for under a fiver? Nice! One gripe: It would be great if I could backup my saves using Google Drive.

This is my first time playing the Broken Sword series & these are my impressions of Part 1: For a game released over 8 years ago, the graphics are really good (they seem hand painted). Also some puzzles are quite challenging. The only thing is that there are so many puzzles it seems less of an adventure game, which I thought at first, and more a puzzler. Also it's costing a premium here in India ($4) which is above average cost of other Play Store games in Asia. Other than that, it's a good game

An excellent version of the game. Graphics and voice acting are great. Control system is as good as it can be considering original was not meant for touchscreens. It suffers at times from items being close together, or certain puzzles not responding as they should (particularly the bible verse puzzle). Broken Sword is a very good story, and worth the purchase, but I found the puzzles to be a bit uninspired. Will definitely get the 2nd if I hear the puzzles are better.
