Burned calories by exercise Description
In Calories Burned you will be able to track how many calories and fat you are burning while you do exercise, or while doing some daily physical activity, For example if you want to know your running calories or your walk calories you can do here but also for other activities like sports games and daily activities that make up your calorie expenditure, if you know this you can easily adjust your caloric intake in order to lose weight and burn fat.
This counter works with the so-called "METS" (unit of measurement of the metabolic rate), so basically this is a realtime calories burned calculator that use this parameter like the scientific community does to determine the caloric expenditure when a person performs a physical activity. You can choose between two modes of use:
-Free mode:
This mode simply starts a timer while you are exercising, the calories and fat burned will accumulate until you pause it for resting or to finalize the exercise, in this mode you decide how long will be your workout and you can switch the exercise intensity and the weight your using (if you are using external weight for example if you are using a weight vest) so if you just want to just know your calorie expenditure that’s the way to go!.
-Guided mode:
In this mode you choose how many kcal or fat grams you want to burn in that workout session so the app will start a countdown timer showing you how many time is left to reach your calories and fat loss goal, the app will speak to you as a voice assistant, notifying you several times during the exercise how many calories and how much time is left. When you have reached your goal, the app will tell you that you have finished the exercise, also if you increase or decrease the intensity of the exercise the remaining time will adjust to your new intensity.
In both ways the activities you do will be saved and you can resume them whenever you want and at the end of the day you will see the total calories burned, and the total fat weight loss accumulated by all the activitities you have done. You can use it for these three types of physical activity:
- Daily activities:
They are all the activities that a person carries out on a daily basis and that require a certain physical effort, such as cleaning the house or certain physical tasks.
-Sports:
They are competitive games like football, basketball, cycling, swimming...etc.
-Exercises:
They are the exercises that are performed to train or do physical activity to keep fit, such as going to the gym, running, aerobics... etc. This app has a lot of exercises included, but we are actively listening to user requests to include more!
