With just a push of a button you can then change a recipe’s portion size to your own portion size. For your goals you can either choose from already set up goals by Dynamic Pace but also create your own, only your imagination sets the boundaries of what motivates you and brings you wellbeing.

Dynamic Pace’s food database also includes the possibility of creating your own measurement units, measure once how much you can add to your bowl, spoon, hand etc. and then use it forever without having to measure again. This along with several possibilities of customizing your entire experience in the app enables infinite possibilities in making your health journey as easy and adapted to your life as possible.

In the app you can track all the food you eat and the nutrition you therefore ingest, either from already made recipes, your own created recipes and from an abundance of food items only a scan or a search away. Combine recipes and food items to create unique meals, save the meal and you can then easily eat it again, again and again. All of this nutrition can be viewed in summarized statistics, view your calorie, protein or for example vitamin D intake over time and on average and compare this to your goal. When you are not eating delicious food you are perhaps moving your body, in Dynamic Pace you’ll find a library of activities, everything from cleaning to gardening to sports and strength training which you can add to your days and track your activities.

In Dynamic Pace we ask you to provide enough information so we can calculate your energy need, this means accessing your gender, age, length, weight and how much you move your body per week. We also need enough information to set up your profile, this includes saving your email address and your name. All personal data collected from your usage of the app Dynamic Pace will not be used to track you, only for the purpose of customizing your experience and for statistics. All personal data will be anonymized and/or deleted upon request or upon deletion of your account.
