Cardio Care Description
Cardio Care is an application designed to improve the care of patients with heart failure, as well as facilitate the link with their treating physicians.

With a simple and straightforward format, the application allows patients to record their daily measurements, which are sent to the application's medical portal so that their treating physician can monitor the data sent by the patient in real time. In addition, it has the purpose of providing medical education to the patient and/or their caregiver, as well as promoting adherence to their pharmacological treatment through instructions and reminders within the application with self-care measures and identification of alarm data to request care. as well as medication intake reminders.
The instructions and the following measurement data such as normal range of pulse, respiration, blood pressure, body weight, abdominal perimeter, exercise and fluid intake.
