Since 2014 we’ve been providing free support to our returner network, championing returners as a fantastic talent pool for employers and acting as a voice and advocate for returners with the Government. We’ve helped thousands of talented professionals like you to successfully return to work, bringing their unique experiences and fresh perspectives with them.
From running supportive returner programmes with over 180 employers, to building a global network of over 9,500 returners, we’re paving the way for a future where career breaks are valued for what they truly are: opportunities to grow, learn and come back stronger than ever.
