* View Announcements issued by the Administrator and the Condominium Manager;
* View documents as meeting minutes, convention or accountability documents;
For the liquidator:
* View the general or unit default of the condominium;
* Register common areas and their rules of use;
* Check the contacts of all owners;
* Post announcements;
* Check the bills payable from the condominium;
* Verify the consumption of resources such as water, gas and light;
