In this game of rock, paper, scissors, two participants engage in multiple rounds. Your task is to declare the winner after each round, adhering to the standard rules of the game. Determine the victorious side or declare a draw if applicable. Keep in mind that there's a time constraint for announcing results. Failure to do so within the allotted time or providing an incorrect outcome results in the loss of one life. You start with 5 lives, allowing for 5 mistakes. The game concludes when you exhaust your lives, and your final score is determined by the number of correct answers.
