I've had these cameras and this app for about 4 years. It's always been a bit janky, but overall it served my needs. About 3-4 weeks ago all 3 cameras I have connected can no longer be viewed live over 5g/mobile. If I'm connected to wifi I can still view them. But they are pretty much useless if I can't watch them over mobile/5g. So I'm going to have to get new ones. Hence 1 star.

The installation of the clever dog camera just doesn't work. I find the device, it connects to it through wifi, then asks me to connect to it and shows me my wifi settings. I can't continue setup from there. Reconnecting to the device doesn't work and going back takes me to the "find new device" page. All help I found (in comments below) didn't help me. It's not the network settings - it's the app. It won't register that it's connected to the camera properly. I got it to work through the iOS app on my wife's tablet and the rest of the app is working since then. The installation just doesn't, which is essential in a product where you force the use of an app.

Bought a Clever Dog camera a couple of years ago and it usually worked fine, taking 3 photos a second or two apart every time motion was detected. But since the last update it only takes 1, which renders it useless for identifying an intruder as it only shows a door being opened and the nothing. No apparent setting to bring back 3 photos. I was going to buy a couple more, but won't now.
