Club Health Description
The Club Health Mobile APP is designed to compliment the Journey of Club Health Patients.
Through the APP our Patients can access their bespoke Training Plans to facilitate their recovery or performance. Each Plan is prescribed by the Club Health Practitioners without the use of algorithms, or off-the-shelf solutions.
The APP can be used in conjunction with in-house Treatments at one of our Clinics, or it may be used during periods of absence.
Through the APP, users can also access their appointment history & schedule, their Medical Records and articles on health, wellness & nutrition. APP users can also access the Club Health E-shop via the APP or contact our Patient Care Team.
