Central Messaging System (CMS) is made in the view of last moment help/urgent communication required so that no one miss anything due to communication gap.
It should be used -
• for showing class work, not homework. Homework or any other documents to be uploaded on the website untill and unless not instructed by the teacher or admin to share through CMS
• for urgent and important information sharing, not general chat.
• for placing rescheduling request in unavoidable conditions but not frequently; and the requested time can be considered if aligns with teacher's/student's other schedule.
