What you get for your money:
-U will work closely with me on a one to one basis.. I will assess ur physique and the level you are at and discuss ur goals. Together we will set realistic goals and get to work.
-U will get an intense training program for your level.. Not everyone is on the same level so this is customised for you and ur goals.
-U will get a diet plan using foods u like and digest well.. Digestion is key for progression!! If you can't eat the food we can't progress so this is very important.. Ur diet will be based off nutrient timing to maximise performance and recovery. Meal timing will be designed around ur current routine.
-U will get a weekly check in which is very detailed and requires full details of a set list of variables which I use to track progress along with pictures. These are monitored closely and changes are made as and wen needed. All check ins back within 24 hours..
-Competitors we will check in more often.. Closer we get to the end of prep we will do daily check ins.. Multiple check ins per day if requested.. We don't miss 💪
-Mid week check up to keep ontop of motivation & make sure no issues are arising early in the week.. If they do we address them and keep pushing forward..
-Full message support throughout the entire week.. Any issues or anything you are unsure of I'm a message away.. All messages are responded to with no delays.
-Video analysis for training form and perfecting form, tempo & intensity.
- Access to all my knowledge and have it applied to your body.. Iv been in this sport a long time.. Made some bad decisions and made some great decisions.. Iv worked along side alot of top coaches & athletes and have a wide knowledge base.. I am very confident in my approach as a coach which you will have full access to..
