# 2 I configure the profiles of the members of my household
I enter the data when creating the account: first name, age, height, weight, level of physical activity and if there are any intolerances, allergies, diets for me and the members of my household.
These data are essential to know the physiological needs of each member of the household and to personalize the amounts recommended for each and to monitor the nutritional and energy balance.
# 3 I plan my meals for the week
I select the recipes that suit me, I specify when and who will consume this dish. The recipe is added to my schedule for the week. I have an alert in case of incompatibility between a dish and a member if there is an intolerance declared in the profile.
# 4 I control my food balance
Do the planned menus highlight shortages, deficiencies or on the contrary a surplus, from a quantitative point of view in terms of number of calories and from a qualitative point of view with a good distribution?
I select other recipes to improve balance from week to week.
# 5 I generate my shopping list
My shopping list includes all the ingredients needed to make the recipes selected for the week. I remove the ingredients that are already in my cupboards.
I save the shopping list in my phone in order to complete it with additional products.
# 6 I spend in the kitchen with my recipes
I go through my schedule, open my recipe for the day and follow the preparation steps.
# 7 I distribute the right portions
Before serving, I look in my recipe, the "portion" tab to see the distribution of my dish in quantity among the members of the household. At a glance, I serve the right portions for everyone so that they are adapted to their nutritional and energy needs.
