Coffee Water Mix Description
Brewing water interacts with ground coffee to extract incredible and delicious flavors. Different bottled waters will lead to different results and mixing them can optimize the mineral content for coffee extraction and tasting experience.
CoWaMix stands for Coffee Water Mix and was designed to help you combine various bottled waters to get an optimal -or experimental- brewing water recipe for your coffee. CoWaMix optimizes your brewing water through two parameters: the general hardness (GH) and the alkalinity (KH). You can add multiple waters that you have available, set your own GH and KH objectives and the app will return possible combinations of 2 to 3 waters that optimize your objectives. Once you have a desired mix, you can add it to your recipe, select a target quantity of brewing water and the app will tell you how many grams of each water from the recipe to mix.
