Can't say much good about this app other than it works, sort of. Used Fire stick on Bell Fibe for 2 years with no issues. Switched to Cogeco and it barely functions. Half the features (ie: menu button) don't work at all. Schedule is usually set to whatever day/time I last used it. Picture quality comes and goes when watching live hockey. Cogeco PVR isn't that good either so I guess the whole platform is not great. Follow up - received reply from COGECO with link to "help". Link didn't work.

Wish I still had BellTV. App crashes every couple minutes. Downloads are only kept 2 days. Nothing is user friendly and there are extra steps for no good reason to accomplish anything. It's like there were good ideas that nobody knew how to execute so they were slapped together and it's just a mess. Why do you have to guess how much you want to skip/fast forward? How is it useful in any way to not be able to see the video playing? Why are sports so hard to watch here? Really miss Bell.

1 star... Keep on getting error 4-44-901. That error doesn't exist according to their list of problems. No idea what happened. This app used to work. Tried uninstalling and everything..... no luck Edit... They fixed the problem. Other people were having the same issues with Pixel 6 phones. Don't know if that is true but it's up and running and I can watch everything on my phone again. Still a few bugs but I can deal with it
