AddOn-모바일헬퍼 ABS Description
AddOn-Mobile Helper ABS app is an add-on app that supports control of mobile from PC or mobile from mobile when the agent cannot control the customer's device during remote support through the 'Mobile Helper' app.
This app uses Android's 'Accessibility Service' to assist agents with clicking/scrolling/keying on the customer's device.
With the customer's consent, the agent executes the app's functions, and the customer can observe the app's functions being executed.
The agent cannot perform the function alone, and the app's function can only be performed with the customer's consent.
Additionally, customers can stop the app's functions directly at any time or ask a counselor to stop the functions.
AddOn-Mobile Helper ABS app does not store or use your personal information.
No additional information is requested when using the app, and all data is processed only within the user's device and is not transmitted to an external server.

1. View focus - Used to initialize the input window before entering text into the input window.

1. Click - Used when clicking anywhere on the device
2. Scroll - Used to scroll the screen on the device up, down, left and right
3. Input - Used to input into the input window on the device.
