This game is fun but every 10 minutes the game force restarts and I lose everything I've accomplished within the last 5 minutes before it does it. Please get this fixed. I won a battle and the timer was just about over and I lost all of my loot. Once my game quits freezing and doing this, I'll update to a 5 because this game is awesome.

Have been a player for more than 4 years. Had buying issues Sept to Oct and again now (and several times before this). CS is no help at all. No, it isn't on my end. Out of 10 games, this is the ONLY one with this issue. I'm done. I'm angry bc I love the game, but I can't do the things I want bc every purchase gets hung up on YOUR end. Been a fun run. See ya.

Revising my review from 3 to 2 stars. Needs work. Battle algorithm is bad, keep getting matched against players much stronger than me and it makes me pay to re-match. Gems are expensive and hard to accumulate. Should be able to visit friend's islands. Game is kinda stale with no updates or improvements. Like the art though, and the weekly events. Update: 1 star now. Came back after few years and nothing changed except crashes more. Where are the devs?
