🔴 Request Help
It is designed for those who need help and those who want to request help from the Goodness First Association. We send the status of your requests as sms to your mobile phone number that you log in to the system. With your request number, you can inquire about your request status from the main screen and have information about the latest status of your request.
🔴 I Want to Help
By adding the products that can be donated to your donation box, we show you the statements to which you will send the payments for the products you add.
Note: We will continue to improve this part.
🔴 Association Volunteers Panel (Manager, Detector, Distributor)
- Incoming requests are forwarded by users with administrator usage to the identifiers they have determined. The detective goes to the house to be detected, examines it and changes the status of the request to 'detected'. Distributors log into the system with the user information given to them and display the addresses to be distributed on the Konya map. It assigns the closest addresses to itself, comes to the warehouse and takes the things to be taken according to the answer given by the locator to the question of what to take (Ex: Food, Clothing, Winter Wear) and goes to the requester's location with a road map through the application. It delivers and updates the status of the request to delivered. Admin finalizes the addresses distributed during the day. Thus, a normal request process is completed in this way.
❗ There are improvements by the system for those who make a request one after the other, to create a request over and over again from the phone of everyone in the family, and to make a request again before the request is finalized.
