This application includes bilateral and multilateral agreements related to cooperation in the judicial and legal field with Algeria, which is important for countries, the Algerian community abroad, and foreigners residing in Algeria, and clarifies to them their rights in various judicial and legal fields within the framework of exchange of international cooperation.
Bilateral agreements include, in particular, the right to litigation and defense - notification of judicial and non-judicial documents and contracts - implementation of judicial letters - cooperation in the criminal, commercial and civil fields - implementation of judgments and arbitration awards - extradition of criminals - remediation of customs violations, searching for them and suppressing them - cooperation.
